Hi! I am Sondra Vogel, Owner & Instructor of Fight 2 Get Fit. I have been instructing and helping others with their health & fitness journey's for about five years. I graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing Degree. I currently hold fitness Certifications for:

My entire life I have been active in Dance & playing competitive sports including Basketball, Volleyball, Track, Tennis, Running, Soccer, Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Boxing. Always pushing my limits because I believe we are all capable of more than what we think.
My Purpose in life is to help others. I am passionate about helping others realize the importance of self-care and making sure we are taking care of ourselves physically & mentally, striving daily to be the best versions of ourselves.
I take pride in creating & maintaining a positive, motivating, & supportive atmosphere at Fight 2 Get Fit, LLC that is open to all ages, genders, & fitness levels to give you the most personalized experience in a group setting.
