BOOT CAMP

Combines cardio & strength exercises to improve overall performance. Mixing the class format up keeps classes exciting & fun. Boxing is incorporated. 

BOXING

The best total body workout that allows you to train like a fighter without the training. We focus on proper form & technique to increase your strength & cardiovascular performance.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Combines fast paced cardio, the martial arts of kickboxing & boxing, & strength exercises. Choreographed kicking & punching combinations keep your heart rate up the entire class. 

TONING

Strength conditioning classes that use a combination of weights & resistance training to build muscle & burn fat.

WERQ®

The fiercely fun dance fitness class based on the hottest pop, rock, & hip-hop music. 

YOGA

Focuses on stretching & strengthening your body to improve flexibility & balance.  We focus on the importance of the mind & body connection. 

PRIVATE SESSIONS

One on one sessions that allow you to focus on your individual health/fitness needs & goals.
